Story about sincerity and truth: Emperor's New Cloth

In the modern world, sincerity is the elusive virtue of speaking
truly about one's feelings, thoughts and desires. Sincere expression carries risks to the speaker, since the ordinary screens used in everyday life are opened to the outside world.

At the same time, we expect our friends, our lovers, our leaders to be sincere. It is an earnest and sincere feeling. It is a quality of naturalness and simplicity. It is the quality of being open and truthful; not deceitful or hypocritical.

Islam encourages its followers to practice and develop the

qualities of leadership, Teamwork, Partnership, Consultation and Joint Planning.

Islamic Leadership means a person or a group that will lead humanity from the brink of destruction to the way of Allah (SWT) the Almighty. Leadership in Islam is a trust (Amanah). It represents a psychological contract between a leader and his followers that he will try his best to guide them, to protect them and to treat them fairly and with justice. Hence, the focus of leadership in Islam is on doing good.

Father said angrily: "That's none of your business. Why do you ask such a thing?"

Son: "I just want to know. Please tell me, how much do you make an hour?"

Stress in Islam, Stress Management Techniques, Stress Relief Strategies, Stress in Children

Muslims can deal with prolonged stress better when they
understand where it comes from. Stress, doctors say, usually stress comes from fear of the unknown, the future, and death. However, Allah (SWT) has already provided us with prevention against those fears. "And We will most certainly try you with somewhat of fear and hunger and loss of property and lives and fruits; and give good news to the patient" (Noble Qur'an, 2:155). The Prophet Muhammad (saw) said, "Your most ardent enemy is your evil self which resides within your body. If this soul is not checked, it will lead to unusual stress." (Bukhari)
